Курс «Трудове
право України» є нормативною дисципліною зі спеціальності 081 «Право»
для освітньої програми бакалавра, яка розроблена для студентів 2-го року навчання.
Курс розрахований на 16 тижнів навчання у III та ІV семестрах в обсязі 8 кредитів (за Європейською Кредитно-Трансферною Системою ECTS).
Курс розроблено таким чином,
щоб надати учасникам необхідну комбінацію знань, вмінь та практичних навичок про
правові засади використання найманої праці на підставі трудових договорів в
умовах розвитку інформаційних технологій та глобалізації ринку праці.
Метою вивчення дисципліни «Трудове право України» є набуття здобувачем знань про особливості правового регулювання трудових відносин найманої праці та відносин тісно пов’язаних з ними, оволодіння практичними навичками здійснення захисту прав та інтересів працівників та роботодавців на різних стадіях існування трудових правовідносин.
З цією метою здобувач вищої освіти у процесі навчання повинен поглиблено вивчити трудове законодавство України, акти вищих судових інстанцій, проаналізувати навчальну та монографічну літературу, опанувати фундаментальні поняття навчальної дисципліни, поглибити, конкретизувати та систематизувати знання, засвоєні під час лекційних та семінарських занять та у процесі самостійної підготовки.

Course Description:
The "Classroom Management and Digital Education" is a 16-week course designed for fourth-year students pursuing English Philology. The approximate amount of students may vary (24-40). It offers a comprehensive exploration of classroom management principles and their integration with digital tools and platforms for language instruction. Throughout this course, students will develop a rich set of competencies aligned with the demands of modern education.
Key objectives include understanding the core principles of effective classroom management, delving into psychological theories behind student behavior, and crafting tailored classroom management plans. Through simulated classroom scenarios and the evaluation of diverse models, students will gain practical insights into classroom management strategies.
Furthermore, this course equips students with digital literacy skills, enabling them to proficiently use technology for language teaching and communication. They will learn to create and curate digital content while fostering a collaborative and inclusive online environment.
To address real-world challenges, the course emphasizes ethical considerations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution in classroom management. Students will engage in reflective practice and develop professional development plans to continuously enhance their teaching strategies.
By the end of this course, students will be prepared to create inclusive, technology-integrated, and culturally sensitive learning environments, becoming competent educators ready to navigate the digital landscape of language education.
